There are several business units that we will build within the community of creatives to support and provide valuable services to the community.
- Education services: We will offer courses, workshops, and mentorship programs in various creative fields such as music, art, design, and film. The education services can be delivered in-person or online to reach a wider audience. The business model for education services will be based on a subscription-based model, one-time course fees, or a revenue-sharing model with instructors.
- Prototyping labs: We will provide prototyping facilities equipped for product designers, engineers, and inventors to create and test their prototypes. The prototyping labs will also provide services such as 3D printing, laser cutting, and CNC machining. The business model for the prototyping studios will be based on a membership-based model, or a revenue-sharing model with the inventors/designers.
- Artistic maker and performance studios: We will provide creative spaces equipped with the necessary tools and equipment for artists, makers and performance to produce their work. The studios can be rented out to members of the community or can be used as shared spaces. The business model for the studios will be based on monthly or hourly rental fees, or a revenue-sharing model with the artists/makers.
- Exhibitions for promotion and sales: We will organize exhibitions and events to showcase and promote the works of the members of the community. The exhibitions will also provide an opportunity for artists and makers to sell their works. The business model for the exhibitions can be based on commission-based sales, admission fees, or sponsorship.
- Investments in producing talent: The community can invest in the development of talented artists, musicians, and other creatives by providing funding and resources to produce their work. The investment model will be based on equity-based funding, revenue-sharing agreements, or other alternative funding models.
